Good Morning Jim,

I just wanted to thank you for the time you took during our training to write the memory processes and all the other processes on the board for us. I passed the Systems Administrator test with a 97%. I was really sweating it until I started reading the questions. Most of them were on the Working Set and backup operations and almost all the questions were looking for conceptual knowledge instead of DCL commands. So, thank you very much for your instruction, I could not have passed that test without your class. The class has also helped me truly understand how we conduct business here... and yes, it does make sense the way we have the UIC's set up.
