This is not just an idea - it's what makes PARSEC great! Our trainers have been in the field doing the work they are preparing you to do. Our consultants have been in the classroom learning about environments like yours.
There are plenty of cause and effect consultants. They know if they do something, that a certain outcome will occur. They do not know how the outcome will occur, just that it does. Having a consultant who trains means they really know how things work because if they are teaching and they say that this outcome is going to occur, the student can ask how the outcome occurs. So, the teacher/consultant has to know how it works. Since our consultants teach, they know how it works.
Because our teachers consult, they bring real world experience to the classroom. When a teacher teaches with real world experience, they know and communicate the challenges that are actually going to present themselves and what the potential pitfalls are. Everyone has had teachers with book knowledge and teachers with real world experience. The best courses are with teachers with real world experience. PARSEC Group’s philosophy is that no one can teach a class on any subject unless they have actually consulted on it.
Training
